Our deliveries are made in our own plain unsign written vehicles. If need be we can deliver at a set day and time, cost upon location

Returns Policy

All our items are bespoke made and are, therefore, non returnable

Quality Policy

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards. If any of the goods are damaged in transit please contact us within three working days. We will replace your items or offer you a full refund. We are unable to re-send or refund for items that are missing or damaged that have been signed for as received in full and in good order. Any damaged or missing items must be recorded on receipt of courier's paperwork at the time of delivery. Unchecked deliveries will be at customers risk.

Manufacture Times

Once an order is placed it is generally put into manufacture within 2 working days.

Can't see the item you require?

We have launched the site with our most commonly requested ductwork components and we will be adding items continually, updating it as items are added. Please fill in the 'contact us' page and we will advise you of new products. We welcome all requests.

Need larger sizes?

In time, as well as more components, we will add more size options, as there is no limit to the size of ducting manufactured at the Duct Warehouse. Meanwhile, simply contact us via email or phone for costs.
